Welcoming a little one is so exciting and maternity sessions are so special to me now that I’m a mother myself. So when Alyssa + Jimi asked me to photograph their maternity session, I was beyond excited! All three of us were friends in high school and we’re still good friends today, so seeing their relationship transform from high school sweethearts to parents has been so amazing to watch. We spent the late afternoon at their home in Oxford taking beautiful, intimate, lifestyle photos and then we spent the end of their session at the beach which was just a short walk to the end of their road. And just what every photographer prays for, Mother Nature gifted us a beautiful sunset for a perfect end to our evening. <3
